Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:

To be eligible, the item must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Include all original tags and packaging.
How to Request a Refund

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos showing the defect or incorrect item.

Our team will review your case and provide a prepaid return label (Kings Apparel covers the return shipping cost).
Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
Exclusions
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Items purchased on sale or marked as final.

Products showing signs of wear, washing, or misuse.
